It's almost the same song, beat, lyrics and it's a guy moving around to look sexy. ESC Greece has a more bombastic intro and a little weaker beat, but apart from that, they are very similar.

Of course I don't listen to this kind of music, and I understand that they can sound differently for people into it. But they are still relatively very similar.
