Once you are at the page(you can also use this page as a reference) there will be a small button at the top right of the comment box(where we're talking right now) that is labeled 'edit'. Click it, and it will bring you to the wiki edit page. Scroll down within the white box, and you should be able to find where you need to put your name. Follow what others have done to put your name down correctly. When you're finished, click the 'submit changes to this page' button just below the white box, and that's that
