Kingdom of Blood law is considered sacred and is said to be unbreakable. The laws exist to protect the existence of vampires from the human world. Vampire People are allowed to toy with the hearts of humans, even kill them. But they must never let a human know the Kingdom of Blood exists and they should never fall in love with one. The penalty for breaking either one of these laws is death, for everybody involved.
There are also laws that apply to specific Vampires must seek permission from the Council and the Empress when changing humans into vampires. A vampire who recognises an illegally-made vampire has the right to kill them and their maker.
The slave trade is a practise that involves kidnapping humans and selling them for food, amusement, or using them as slaves.This practise was banned by the Council but still occurs.
Selling vampire blood to humans was banned by the Council but it still occurs at times but to sell vampire blood is punishable by death!
To turn someone into a vampire:
It takes three bites and some vampire blood then 24 hours in a coma then your a vampire.
