Hey Again

Chapter 1

It had been 4 yrs since the plant mission, Snake had disappeared for awhile to let the heat die off of him and Otacon. He had found a quaint little village called Crosshaven in Ireland adapting quite well to life of a farmer he wasn't sure where Otacon was anymore and he wasn't too worried about the fellow he knew that he'd be able to handle himself no matter where he ended up. Snake took out a cig lighting it as he stepped off of the plane returning to New York City. He never thought he'd return to the city but here he was back and he wasn't really sure why, something had just drawn him back and he was gonna find out what it was cause if he didn't it would drive him just plain crazy. He grabbed his bag from the luggage carousel and started for the entrance of the airport looking around at all the people around him analyzing their facial features trying to figure out who was trusting and who wasn't, he couldn't help it, it was in his nature.

Raiden had his bag slung over his shoulder as he darted through the crowds in the Airport cursing himself as he swerved through the people, “I'm late I'm late I'm late. Oh god Rose is going to be so mad. Stupid plane being late and me having no way to call and tell her.” He shook his head lightly as he grumbled he squeaked as he tripped over a luggage bag he oofed as he hit the ground sitting up slowly he rubbed his chest.

Snake turned hearing someone hit the ground he looked down at the person in front of him noting the blond hair in a ponytail smiling he was standing behind Raiden so at first glance he thought it was an attractive young woman so he eyed him a moment as he thought to himself, “Hmmmm not a bad body She looks pretty sexy I wonder if her smile is just as sexy.” he held out his hand to him saying, “Need some help ma'am?”

Raiden grumbled hearing the person wanting to help him up call him a ma'am, he got up dusting himself off then turned to face the person to give whomever it was hell for getting the gender wrong “Listen here bub I may have long hair but that doesn't give you the ri..ght...to...call...me a....woman....Snake?” he slowed down his talking once he realized that it was Snake. He couldn't believe that Snake was standing right in front of him so he blinked a few times and reached out touching his chest lightly then reached up higher lightly touching Snake's facial hair raising his brow, “I...It's really...you? But I thought you had died...at least that's what Otacon told everyone...” he was still in disbelief that it was actually Snake standing in front of him, he looked like he'd just seen a ghost.

Snake rose his brow when Raiden touched as he stepped back a little “Yea it's me good ol' Otacon for giving me a chance at a new life like that. He's a good guy and I'm sorry for calling you a chick I didn't know,” he chuckled lightly, “You might want to consider getting a hair cut finally.” He picked up Raiden's bag handing it to him.

Raiden took the bag putting the strap across his chest so that he wouldn't drop it just in case he tripped again nodding “Maybe but Rose loves my hair” he smiled, “she likes running her fingers through it.”

Snake chuckled lightly shaking his head “Uh huh whatever you say pretty boy. Well I'll see ya around then Raiden I've got something to do or be I think. Know of any good places to bunker down in?” he shifted his bag to his other shoulder.

Raiden “Around here?” he went quiet for a moment as he thought running a hand over his hair to move some loose strands out of his face, “Well I can't think of any off of the top of my head, but there is an unused guest room at my place I'm sure Rose wouldn't mind having the legendary Solid Snake there living with us.” he smiled.

“Well I wouldn't want to impose on you and Rose. I'm sure that you and her need your privacy and I wouldn't want you being all self concious wondering if I can hear you or not.” Snake chuckled, “I'm sure Rose wouldn't want to walk in on me in the shower or worry if I'd be walking in on her in the bathroom which I wouldn't want to by the way.”

Raiden had already pulled out his phone and stepped away from Snake calling Rose to run the idea by her, he couldn't just let his idol shack up in some ratty apartment, “Hey my darling Rose.” he smiled twirling some hair from his ponytail around a finger as he talked with her, “Hey I ran into an old friend and I was wondering if it be ok if he stayed with us until we can find him a good apartment to stay at.”
Rose was quiet for a moment mulling the idea over in her head, “Well I don't see why he couldn't.” she smiled softly, “You're such a nice guy Raiden, no wonder I love you, Jack.” she giggled lightly, “It's so odd calling you Jack I much prefer Raiden.”

Raiden couldn't help but chuckle his eyes shining brightly when he heard that she was ok with Snake staying with them, “I love you too Rose and thanks a lot its really nice of you to let him so you're much more sweeter than I am. So we'll be home soon and I'm sorry I'm late stupid plane wouldn't take off when it was suppose to and I couldnt find my phone it was in one of my bags but yay I found it so everything is all cool now.” he smiled as he hung up the phone and strolled over to Snake smiling more.

“Fine I'll stay but it'll only be about a month then I'll be out of yours and her hair, alright?” Snake said smiling a little bit back at him. Raiden's reply was just jumping up and down happily then dragged Snake with him outside and into the cab waiting for him. Snake rose his brow at Raiden but didn't protest being dragged by the man. The cab ride to Raiden's place was quiet, Snake just stared out the cab window mulling over any ideas on what could have drawn him back to New York City. He hadn't gotten any letters or anything that would bring him back but something in his gut told him to return and he always listened to his gut, but that was confusing him right his gut was telling him to reach over grab Raiden and kiss him and he knew he didn't swing that way so for once he ignored it. Raiden smiled as he got out of the cab once they had reached their destination he grabbed his and Snake's bags before Snake could protest it. Snake got out of the cab looking up at the modest one floor ranch style home blinking lightly seeing that Raiden had been doing well so far in his life and he was happy for him, sorta, there was something bugging him about all of this but he couldn't place a finger on it and it was driving him crazy.

“I'm going to go lay down I've had a long flight from Ireland.” Snake smiled a little bit at Raiden, “So where's that guest room you mentioned earlier?” Raiden motioned for Snake showing him to a small quaint room it had a bed, dresser, and a closet. It was done up in a quaint little English colonial way. Snake said nothing as he closed the door after Raiden left the room he stripped down naked before climbing under the covers. It took him awhile before he was able to fall asleep, he kept tossing and turning. He finally fell asleep as thoughts of Raiden slinked their way into his head.

3 Weeks Later....

Snake had just stepped out of the shower and was using a soft purple towel to dry off with, he was drying off his chest when Raiden walked in. Raiden blushed not realizing someone in there seeing as Snake was always quiet so he had just assumed that the bathroom was vacant. The two stood there for a moment making no movement to do anything.

Snake stood there a moment not making a move to put the towel around his waist, he shook his head snapping back into the moment quickly wrapping the towel around his waist, “What the hell Raiden?,” he said trying to sound pissed at him, but in truth he wasn't he had kinda wanted Raiden to see him like this. Raiden quickly, once he had realized that Snake was completely nude, darted back out into the hallway shutting the door. He leaned against the door being extremely happy that Rose was out of town for her work before he headed quickly to his room deciding he'd just take a shower later he wasn't really going anywhere today anyway.

Raiden looked through his drawers and closet looking for something to wear before finally deciding on a nice pair of green khaki cargo pants, a black tank top, and a pair of combat boots. He was unbuttoning his pants when Snake walked into his room in just a pair of jeans, Raiden heard him walk into the room freezing slightly before turning around to face him.

“Raiden...” Snake said softly as his eyes roamed over the smaller male's body resting lightly on his groin before he looked back up into his eyes with a look of longing and lust in his own. This felt weird to Snake he'd never been attracted to another man before so he wasn't sure what to do or what move to make towards Raiden, but he didn't have to think long. In one swift movement Raiden was over by Snake his hand slipped into his pants and his fingers wrapped around Snake's well endowed member squeezing gently and lovingly. Snake gasped in surprise, he hadn't expected Raiden to make such a bold move towards him it had never seem like it be in his nature to do that, but he didn't make him stop he let Raiden toy with him as he lifted Raiden's head up to face him leaning in to kiss him passionately nibbling playfully on his lip.
