History- The Redfern family are considered royalty to the vampires of the Night World. This is because they are the direct descendents of the first vampire ever, Maya. Maya became a vampire by casting a spell for immortality. She then gave birth to her only child, a son named Red Fern. Red Fern became the first lamia vampire; this means he was the first vampire to be able to have children. These children would also be vampires. This makes Red Fern the ancestor of the Redfern family as well as the ancestor of all lamia vampires. Rosemary is the daughter of Garnet Redfern and Raven Blackthorn, she is also the half sister of Morgead Blackthorn soulmate of Jez Redfern. Rosemary grew up in the enclave (A vampire enclave is a community of vampires that reside in an isolated location, one that does not have humans anywhere near it. Islands are commonly used as vampire enclaves) with Ash, Jade, Kestrel, and Rowan Redfern and when the three sister left the island thats when Rosemary left then she found herself in the outside world, where she could do what she wanted when ever she wanted. Rosemary know lives in a small town just outside New York where no one, hopefuly, will reconzine her as a Redfern. But now that Blaise Harman brought her to Hunter Redfern and Raven Blackthorn she knows she is in big troble but the big question is will she ever make it back to Daybreakers? Will she ever see her friends again?

History- Katherine is the Princess of the First House. She is also the twin sister to Galen Drache who is the soulmate of Raksha Keller. Katherine was proud to be the Princess of all shifters and werewolves but she grew bored with the fake smiles and chatter, so she asked her parents to give her one year of freedom. Her parents didn't like the thought of there only daughter being out in the world alone, so they sent her to vist her brother Galen for a year. That only lasted a week because the people at the Daybreakers where just the say around her. So she went home and begged her parents to give her one year of freedom, one year of fun, one normal year with normal friends and at a normal school. They finally give in after two whole weeks of Katherine bugging them silly. So now Katherine lives in a small town close to where Rosemary Redfern is hiding out. Katherine lives on her own in a small but yet lovely apartment, she has normal human friends and gose to a nice normal human school. But deep down Katherine is worried because she still hasn't choosen which animal form they wish to call her own. Katherine's life is now fucked up because she was found by a witch, who works for Blaise. And now Katherine lives with the Daybreakers in Las Vegas.

She was hired by Hunter Redfern to free Ramiel from his prison and she did it too.

History- Before Hunter married Maeve Harman, he had a son named Chervil. Chervil ran away, leaving Hunter without an heir. Hunter could not have more children, so he enlisted the help of a witch – Maeve – who bore four daughters with Hunter. The daughters were named Garnet, Lily, Dove, and Roseclear.Dove fell in love with a human named John Quinn in the seventeenth century. When Quinn asked Hunter for permission to marry his daughter, Hunter changed Quinn into a vampire and proclaimed Quinn as his sole heir. Their father-son relationship ended in two years, leaving Hunter heirless again.Hunter was joy over finding out he has a pure lamia heir – his great-grandson Delos Redfern. But, when Hunter learns that Delos is ready to give up the Night World for his soulmate, Maggie Neely, Hunter tries to kill both Delos and Maggie. Delos lashes out with his Wild Power at Hunter, obliterating the much feared Redfern but thanks to Blasie Harman he was still alive then Blaise took Hunter away from the Enclave and back to the Day World. Once he was healed, he and Blaise set free Ramiel the King of the Dragons.
