Powers: He is super-humanly strong and can endure near-death experiences and extensive damage due to wounds or weather. He is also a mage of the iron order which gives him rule over all aspects of lightning.
Weapon:He uses a fist-pack/superconducting steel knuckles combo on his hands. Since his gauntlet knuckles are made of superconducting steel, Cliff can use his enemies electrical discharge no matter how weak it is and multiply it by one hundered fold, the only downfall is that at some points his knuckles back-charge into himself.
Personality: He is very confident. Not much of a leader but he follows orders well and can remain confident in any situation. He is very much an optimist. He is also very outgoing and headstrong so he pretty much never gives up until he is dead.
History: Cliff was a member of The Order. The Order was a secret cult that was not very big but it was very effective in it's specialty. The Order was a secret group of assassins who took down public figures in secrecy. Cliff was the main go-to-guy when i did not matter if he was seen or not. Because of his association with The Order and his blunt way of assassinating, he was always seen when on the job. This made him public enemy number one for several years until the current crisis. Until this time he was not able to go out in public but since the attacks he is now able to venture into smaller cities. The Order's home-base was discovered and raided by the imperial police. After his escape Cliff was severely injured and was soon found by a Mage of the Iron Order whos name was anatonia. Anatonia took Cliff to her masters for healing. He spent year in recooperative training and once he was back to his normal state Anatonia asked her masters to consider cliff for Magehood. The Masters of the Iron Order considered this. Cliff WOULD be a good addition but they had no idea what he would become being a werewolf and a mage. This was unheard of but they were willing to try. Now due to extensive mage training Cliff is a Levitas Lupus(lightning Wolf)
