In essence, when the human technology evolved and humans expanded. eventually every piece of Earth was covered with homes and other buildings. As territory got smaller, other races had to make themselves known. Theese races were Vampires, Lycans((werewolves)), Demons, and many other creatures. Only one country had an issue with these new races living amongst humans; the USA. The President and his cabniet officials gathered the top doctors and scientists to develope a new weapon. This new weapon was a specially trained human, with some technological advancedments. For a hundred years the expierements failed and the humans died off. They finally got it right in 2000 A.E. and for nine years sence then have killed off as many non human races as they could. Now the government has the non humans restricted to a small town in Colorado, known as Kremmling and it's surrounding wilderness. Kremmling is located in the Rocky Mountains, it was one of the few places that never really got changed, sure the buildings got more advanced, but there was still something wild about it. In any case, it is now the shealter for non humans. The government made an underground base so to speak, where the worlds top doctors have set up their labs and containing facilities. Now the government wants to know more about the creatures.

The Sanctuary is known as a place where all can gather and live as if there isn't a war. Occupation:Bartender and machenic for the non-humans... And a few human customers that trickle in.
History:He's a test-tube baby. Once the scientists were able to get samples of DNA and reproduction cells, they started experimenting. Tank was the only one to make it, and kept secret from the government. The woman scientist soon became his surrogate mother. However, he wasn't a secret for long and he was taken by the government for years of military training. They had hoped to make an unstopable soldier on their side, but he ditched them as soon as he could.
